It is simple to install Downloader on your Nvidia Shield/Android TV as it is available again through the Play Store
- Turn on your Shield/Android TV
- Open Play Store
- Select Search
- Search for downloader
- Scroll through the results until you see Downloader
- Select Install
- Bingo
