- Open your Shield/Android TV
- Open the Play Store
- Click on the Search icon
- Search for downloader then scroll through the results and select Downloader (ignore the image below which shows the old name for downloader)
- Select Install
- Select Open
- Select Allow
- Select OK
- Type the following url
51180(ignore image with old code) and then select Go
- When the download completes select Install. You will probably see a popup saying unknown apps are not allowed. Click on Settings and then allow Downloader in the next screen
- Select Install
- Apk Time will now install. Click on open when finished and you caan start using APK Time
