If you are having issues with Kodi add-ons on XboX this solution should help
Below is a guide for installing the add-on for Kodi. This is a 3rd party add-on so please do not post questions about this add-on in the official Kodi forums.
How to Fix Broken Add-Ons on Kodi Xbox 19.3:
- Open Kodi
- Select Settings (cog icon top left)
- Select System
- Hover over Add-ons in the left hand menu and turn on Unknown sources if not already on
- Select Yes
- Click back on your remote/keyboard
- Select File Manager
- Select Add Source
- Select None
- Type the following EXACTLY
https://f.mjh.nz/and select OK - Highlight the box underneath marked Enter a name for this media source
- Type mjh then click OK
- Click back on your remote/keyboard
- Select Add-ons
- Select Install from zip file
- Select Yes when zip popup appears
- Select mjh
- Select xbox
- Select xbmc.python.zip
- Wait for the Add-on enabled notification
- That is the necessary changes made
- If using Slyguy Add-ons, repeat the pricess from install from zip file but select repository.slyguy.zip
- Once this problem is solved in the next Kodi update you will need to revert settings by doing the following
- Go to Settings (cog icon top left)
- Select File Manager
- Select Add Source
- Select Browse
- Select Home Folder
- Select Add-ons
- Select OK
- Scroll down to the xbmc.python folder
- Open Context Menu (x button)
- Select Delete
- Restart Kodi
