  • Open System Preferences
  • Select Siri & Spotlight

  • Turn on Ask Siri

  • Select Enable

  • Select Not Now

  • Turn on Listen for Hey Siri

  • Select Continue
  • Now follow the on-screen prompts that are used to help recognise your voice. Shouldn't take more than 2 minutes

  • Select Done and that is is. Now when you say "Hey Siri" you can start asking questions like launching apps, what's the weather like tomorrow, what's my day looking like, create a new date, launch an album in Music etc
